- 1 mango, diced
- 1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Stevia to taste
- ¼ cup dried coconut flakes
- Combine mango, coconut milk, chia seeds, and stevia in large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight. Chia will expand and become gelatinous. Serve with coconut flakes sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
