Edamame Hummus Recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural

  • 2 cups packaged shelled edamame
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook edamame according to package directions. Drain, rinse and pat dry.
  2. Place cooked edamame along with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with toasted pita bread or your favorite fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
