Cashew Cilantro Cheeze

about 1/2 cup
Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup water
Instructions
  1. Grind the garlic and salt in a food processor until fine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except water, and blend until smooth. Add water as necessary for texture. Cheeze should be firm but smooth.
  3. Serve immediately with chips or store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
