Herbal White Bean Hummus

Substitute the yogurt or sour cream for more olive oil and lemon juice in order to make this hummus vegan. Enjoy with crackers, raw vegetables, or over rice!

Ingredients
  • 1 can cannellini beans (15 oz), drained
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond slivers, toasted
  • 1/4 cup goast milk yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely minced
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Juice of 1 or 2 lemons, plus zest
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
