Liquid Gold Dressing

This creamy dressing is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and B vitamins... plus it's very tasty!

  • ½ cup flax seed oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic or raspberry vinegar
  • 2½ Tablespoons liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast powder or flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Dressing can be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks in a jar with a lid. Enjoy!
