- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon vegan butter
- ½ cup Heidi Ho™ Smoky Chia Cheese
- ¼ cup vegan parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons veganaise
- Preheat oven to 400⁰.
- Steam cauliflower until soft but not mushy for about 11 minutes.
- While cauliflower is steaming, combine all Cheeze ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Once steamed, remove cauliflower and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Cover the cauliflower with vegan butter.
- Take Cheeze mixture, and fully coat over the top and sides of cauliflower.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes turn on broiler and broil until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
