Grain Bowl: Spelt, Cabbage, Mushrooms, and Nori

  1. Place spelt grains in the bottom of a bowl. Keeping the components seperate, add the braised cabbage, nori compote, and roasted shiitake mushrooms. 
  2. Garnish with crumbled feta, pickled watermelon radish, and pumpkin seeds. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper.
