- 1 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out sliced mushrooms in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil generously over the mushrooms as well as season with salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the sheet every 5-10 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to paper towels and blot dry. Serve on top of your favorite savory dish and enjoy!
