- 4 cups cooked aduki beans
- 1 (2.1-ounce) package pickled ginger
- 3-4 Tablespoons Nama Shoyu®
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until you reach a thick, spreadable consistency. If the mixture is too dry, add some water and blend until you achieve desired consistency.
- Serve with flat bread, crackers or your favorite bite-sized crudités.
