Sautéed Bok Choy

Sautéed Bok Choy recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients: 
  • 1½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • ⅓ cup sliced green onion
  • 8 cups chopped bok choy
Instructions: 
  1. Place olive oil, soy sauce and green onion in a saute pan over medium heat. Sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add bok choy and sauté until dark green and tender. Enjoy!
