- 3 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cups raw almonds
- 1 (4.5-ounce) package vegan marshmallows
- Melt chocolate chips over medium heat in a large sauce pan.
- Once melted, turn off heat. Working quickly, add vanilla and stir.
- Stir in almonds and vegan marshmallows.
- Spoon into little clusters on a baking sheet and chill 1-2 hours. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
