The Ultimate Dark Chocolate Cluster

Ingredients
  • 3 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups raw almonds
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) package vegan marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate chips over medium heat in a large sauce pan.
  2. Once melted, turn off heat. Working quickly, add vanilla and stir.
  3. Stir in almonds and vegan marshmallows.
  4. Spoon into little clusters on a baking sheet and chill 1-2 hours. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
