Vegan Tartar Sauce

1 cup tartar sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 - 2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 Tablespoon minced onion 
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice + more if needed 
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste 

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow ingredients to mix. 
  3. Keeps in the refrigeratot for up to a week. Serve and enjoy!
