- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 bulb garlic, roasted
- 3 Tablespoons vegan butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steam cauliflower until soft and let cool.
- Drain off all water from cauliflower. Place in a food processor and blend with roasted garlic and vegan butter. Blend until creamy and well combined.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
