Raw Granola

Raw Granola recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.
Yield
6 Cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup coconut
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raw agave nectar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract* or raw vanilla powder
  • 1½ Tablespoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt

*Not a raw product

Special Materials: Dehydrator

 

Instructions
  1. Place all nuts, seeds and coconut flakes in a food processor. Pulse until chopped.
  2. Place nut mixture in a large bowl, cover with water and soak overnight.
  3. Drain and rinse.
  4. Place back in bowl and mix in agave, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Set dehydrator to 105º.
  6. Place mixture on Teflex sheets. Spread out evenly across sheets. Dehydrate for 12- 18 hours. Enjoy!
