Instead of turning on your stove during warmer weather, make these creamy soaked oats for your breakfasts. If you can’t do cold oatmeal, these can be warmed slightly before serving.

- ⅓ cup whole oats
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- ⅓ yogurt of choice (soy, almond, coconut, dairy)
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- pinch sea salt
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl or a big jar. Cover, and let sit overnight in fridge.
- To serve: remove desired amount of oatmeal. Warm in a saucepan or in microwave, if you like.
- Top with your favorite nut butter, fruit, jam, cereal, or dried fruits. Enjoy!
