- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste or powder
- 1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or bowl and process or stir until well mixed. Serve this sauce in sushi rolls, grilled vegetables, sandwiches, or on top of Tofu Poke. Enjoy!
