Located across from the new Longs Drugs location near University Avenue, the Down to Earth store is a destination point for shoppers throughout Honolulu and the the Moiliili neighborhood. It opened in 1977, the same year the company was founded, and has 6,000 square feet. A total renovation was completed in 2008. It offers a variety of natural and organic foods and groceries including dairy products, local organic produce, bulk foods, vitamins and natural supplements, body care products, and household items. The Honolulu store features a deli with hot food and cold salad bars, fresh juices and smoothies, a great made-to-order sandwich menu and grab-and-go options and a wide variety of eggless desserts.

Parking

Free parking is provided on the second level via an access ramp on the left side of the store. Elevators provide easy access during all hours of store operations. Parking on King St. is limited to two hours weekdays 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Tow Away Zone in front of the store is 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). Street parking on weekends is 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
