Exceptional Wages*

At entry level we offer:

  • Starting pay range $8 - $11 per hour
  • Potential to earn $14 per hour within 2 years

For supervisors and those who take on additional responsibilities we offer:

  • Starting pay range $10 - $13 per hour
  • Potential to earn $16.50 per hour within two years

We offer 3 pay reviews in the first year of employment, the first one at 3 months

Honolulu

  • Baker (F/T)
    Baking/cooking experience needed. Please submit application to Honolulu store.
  • Wellness Clerk
    Retail experience required. We seek those with knowledge of products but only the desire to learn is necessary. Friday 2 - 9 pm (or possibly 8 am - 3 pm) & Sat 3 - 10 pm. Please submit application to Honolulu store.

Kailua

  • Assistant Store Manager
    Experience required. Please submit application and résumé to Kailua store.

Kahului

  • Cashier/Stock Clerk
    Experience necessary. Night and weekend shifts included but flexible availability helpful. Please submit application to Kahului store.

Kapolei

  • Store Manager (F/T)
    The ideal candidate will have several years experience in natural foods/retail management, good people- and team-building skills, a successful track record, and the ability to achieve company goals. Please email cover letter and résumé to jobs@downtoearth.org.
  • Produce Manager
