Vanilla Icing

Use this easy icing on your Frosted Sugar Cookies. Try tinting with natural food colorings for colorful cookies. Featured at our Kapolei Cooking Class: Holiday Treats on 12/14/11.

Ingredients

• 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 2 Tablespoons vanilla soymilk
• 1 Tablespoon vegan margarine

Instructions

1. In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth, adding more soymilk if necessary.
2. Use as a spread or in a pastry bag for piping onto cookies. Enjoy!

Yields About 1 cup icing
