Rosemary Yams

This recipe is so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 yams, scrubbed and sliced ¼" thick
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brush the yam slices with olive oil.
  2. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
  3. Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
