Raw Spicy Mango Ginger Soup

Recipe featured at our Kahului Cooking Class 7/26/11.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, peeled
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Juice from one lime
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ¼-½ cup of water depending on how thick you like your soup.
  3. Serve in your favorite bowl and enjoy!
