Honolulu Cooking Class: Vegan Baking Made Easy

Learn how easy it can be to make delicious vegan baked goods! Learn how to make chocolate croissants, meringue cookies, snickerdoodle monster cupcakes, and gluten-free chocolate peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate ganache.

Jennifer is the baker and owner of Shortcakes Hawaii, an all-vegan bakery that will be opening its storefront on Oahu in the near future. Jennifer currently bakes and sells all of her products from home while taking care of her toddler full-time.

$25 per person. Registration required.

Class will require reservations by at least 5 people. To make your reservation please call our Marketing Office at 947-3249 or sign up on Eventbrite. In the event of cancellation (2 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
