Learn how to turn typical Indian and Japanese recipes into a fusion of tasty and unique dishes everyone will love.

The 4 recipes in this class complement each other and can be served as a complete 4-course meal:

  • Indian Sushi with Vegan Maguro
  • Japanese Curry Udon Soup in a Cashew and Konbu Broth
  • Chana Tikki with Yakiniku Tare Dipping Sauce
  • Crispy No-oil Baked Curry Tofu Bites & Sriracha Mayo

Spices from both countries when used together can be incorporated into so many dishes to add flavor and umami.

Lillian Cumic is originally from Sydney. She spent 30 years in Japan as a Vegan Chef, Cooking Instructor and Lifestyle Coach and she is currently living in Honolulu.

In the event of cancellation (2 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
