Summer BBQ with Rebecca Corby

Down to Earth is please to welcome guest Chef Rebecca Corby. Rebecca has lived in Hawaii for a total of 7 yrs but in between there she also lived in Austin, TX where she owned and operated a Vegan Catering business for 4 yrs. During that time she created dozens of delicious recipes and catered events for hundreds of people along with her assistant chefs. She also taught cooking classes and put on public events to share plant-based cuisine with the public. She learned so much about vegan cuisine and loves the health benefits of eating a plant-based diet and is happy to continue to share some of her favorite recipes with people now that she is back in Hawaii where she feels most at home. Besides cooking delicious vegan food, some of her other hobbies include hiking to waterfalls, beach days and being a mermaid!
