Down to Earth is pleased to welcome Chef Ori Ann Li to our Kapolei Community Kitchen. At this cooking demo, she will demonstrate four of her favorite salad recipes. All the ingredients can be found at your favorit Down to Earth store. She will serve samples of each dish, autograph her cookbook and answer questions afterwards.

Biography: Chef Ori Ann Li

Hawaii-based chef, Ori Ann Li, specializes in vegan cuisines. She studied in renowned culinary institutes in Europe and North America and has travelled to many countries and cities to study cultures and cuisines. She is a health advocate with training and certification in plant-based nutrition, Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese nutrition.
