Biography: Chef Fortuna Arai

Fortuna has been a personal chef in Honolulu since 1995. She has worked at a vegetarian health spa in Mexico and a raw foods retreat center in Texas. She has also taught cooking classes at Kapiolani Community College Continuing Education Program.
