Join Chef Shay of Creole Table (creoletable.com) as she teaches how to cook classic Creole dishes with a a vegetarian twist. Chef Shay will teach you the basics of Creole cuisine along with it's history and culture. She'll be teaching how to make Cassava Patties w/ Ethiopian Berebere Aioli, West African Gumbo Z'herbes and Coconut Jollof Rice.
Creole Table was born like all great things, at the kitchen table. Being from the American South with African Caribbean roots, she always reared with a deep and abiding love for Mother earth.

Class will require reservations by at least 5 people. To make your reservation please call our Marketing Office at 947-3249 or sign up on Eventbrite. In the event of cancellation (2 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
