Supervisory Role - Responsible for the production and operational performance of the Deli Department (baked-goods), while on shift. Together, the Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Manager and Lead Baker - share in the successful achievement of all departmental goals.
Experience
Lead Baker, Clerk III –
- Minimum of six months of baking experience.
- Kitchen equipment knowledge and good knife skills preferred.
- Previous natural foods retail experience preferred.
Skills
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, utilizing recipes and basic measurements.
Problem Solving – Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly and courteous manner.
Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers.
Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
Starting Pay
Lead Baker, Clerk III - $22 per hour
