Down to Earth is pleased to welcome back Chef Alyssa Moreau, who will be teaching a wonderful class on gluten-free baking! Alyssa will be teaching practical techniques to master gluten-free baking. She'll also discuss hot to work with many gluten-free substitutes, creating your own gluten-free flour mixture and various egg replacers. On the menu:
