- 1 beet, sliced thinly
- 3 Tablespoons tamari
- 3 Tablespoons sesame oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1-2 Tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 Tablespoons gomasio
- ½ cup diced green onion
- Using a mandolin, slice beets very thin and place in a large bowl.
- Toss with tamari, sesame oil, zest, lemon juice, maple syrup and ginger.
- Place on serving dish and sprinkle with gomasio and green onions. Serve and enjoy!
