Raw Layer Dip

Raw Layer Dip recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients
Raw Taco Filling
- 2 1/2 cups raw walnuts
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1/2 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons diced red onion
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 Tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Guacamole
- 3 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
Raw Sour Cream
- 2 cups raw macadamia nuts
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water or more, as needed
Instructions
- To make Raw Taco Filling, place walnuts in food processor and blend until finely ground. Transfer to a large mixing bowl
- Stir in remaining Raw Taco Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Spread on bottom of 8x8 glass baking dish as layer 1 of our raw layer dip.
- Combine all Guacamole ingredients in a large bowl and serve. Place the guacamole over Raw Taco Filling .
- Combine all Raw Sour Cream ingredients in high power blender. Blend until fluffy and whipped.
- Spread Raw Sour Cream over the Guacamole as the final layer. Let chill for 1 hour then serve and enjoy!
