Sautéed Bok Choy

Sautéed Bok Choy recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.
Ingredients
- 1½ Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- ⅓ cup sliced green onion
- 8 cups chopped bok choy
Instructions
- Place olive oil, soy sauce and green onion in a saute pan over medium heat. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add bok choy and sauté until dark green and tender. Enjoy!
