- 4 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- Olive oil
- ⅓-½ cup nutritional yeast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place sweet potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes. Toss until each piece is coated.
- Place on an oiled cookie sheet and bake until tender, approximately 40-50 minutes.
- About 5 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
