Spicy Pecans

Spicy Pecan recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1½ teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in cumin and cayenne. Add pecans and toss well. Add sugar and salt and mix well.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
