Spicy Pecans

Spicy Pecan recipe from Down to Earth Organic and Natural.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1½ teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups pecans
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in cumin and cayenne. Add pecans and toss well. Add sugar and salt and mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
