Veggie Nut Pate

This versatile dip was inspired by one of our favorite customers! Serve at a party or perfect for snacking!
Yield
1½ - 1¾ Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup onions
- ¾ cup organic carrots
- ¼ cup liquid aminos
- 2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
- ½ teaspoon asafetida
Instructions
- Soak the nuts in enough water to cover. Refrigerate overnight. Rinse nuts thoroughly and drain.
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Chill for 1 hour. Serve as a dip with an assortment of sliced organic veggies. Enjoy!
