Beet & Apple Juice

Juices are great for breakfast - liquids in the morning are easier on the digestive system. They help to cleanse the body and start your day off with a spring in your step.
1 Serving
  • 1 small beet, peeled
  • 5 carrots
  • 2 apples, cored
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Special Materials: Juice Extractor

  1. Place all ingredients through a juice extractor. stir and serve immediately.
  2. If you don't have a juicer, you can also use the same ingredients to make a smoothie. Steam the beet, carrot, and celery until tender. Let cool. Mix with remaining ingredients along with ice in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
