- ¾ cup raw hazelnuts, soaked overnight
- ¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 2-3 pitted Medjool dates, soaked overnight
- 3 ½ cups water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Over a bowl, pour milk into a nut milk bag. Gently squeeze milk bag.
- Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!
