Sensational Seedmilk Smoothie

A great mid-day high-protein drink.

Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup chopped pitted dates
  • 2 cups home made Sunflower Seed Milk
  • 3-4 Tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup sliced banana
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: 
  1. Cover dates with water and soak for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy smooth.
  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
