- 1 small cucumber, de-seeded
- ½ green chile, de-seeded
- 2½ cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup agave nectar
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Juice the cucumber and chile. (Should yield about 1 cup)
- Pour cucumber/chile juice into a large pitcher. Stir in pineapple juice, agave nectar, lime juice, and cayenne pepper.
- Fill with ice and serve in glasses garnished with pineapple wedges or
cucumber slices. Enjoy!
