Toasted S’mores Hot Chocolate

Using a brûlée torch to toast your marshmallows really takes this hot chocolate to the next level.
4 Servings
  • 4 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 bar dark chocolate (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup sugar

For topping:

  • Marshmallows
  • Crushed graham crackers
  1. In a saucepan heat non-dairy milk. Add chocolate and whisk until melted.
  2. Add cocoa powder and sugar and whisk until combined.
  3. Top with crushed graham crackers and marshmallows. Serve warm or chilled, enjoy!
