Tomato Cooler

Ingredients

  • 6 Roma tomatoes, quartered
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ chopped kale
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley or 1 Tablespoon dry
  • 1 teaspoon Braggs aminos
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until pureed.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for tastiest results. Enjoy!
