Cleansing Fruit Salad

This simple fruit salad features some traditional Mexican ingredients like cucumber and ancho chili powder for just a bit of spice!

Fruit Salad

  • 1 papaya, de-seeded and cubed
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 2½ cups cubed pineapple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tablespoon ancho chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  1. Place all Fruit Salad ingredients in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for a perfect cleansing treat. Enjoy!
