- 2 cups packaged shelled edamame
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook edamame according to package directions. Drain, rinse and pat dry.
- Place cooked edamame along with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Serve with toasted pita bread or your favorite fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
