- 3 medium avocados, pitted
- 2 Tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- ¼-½ teaspoon cayenne powder (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Scoop avocado into food processor.
- Add vegan mayonnaise, lime juice, cayenne, salt and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Great served over Black Bean Patties or as a vegetable dip. Enjoy!
