Raw Zucchini Hummus

This hummus is great served as a dip for crackers or vegetables or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.
Yield
2 Cups
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, peeled and chopped
- 2 lemons, juiced
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process until creamy. Enjoy!
