Vegan Chipotle Aioli
A creamy, spicy mixture that can be used as a dip or spread.

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 Cup almonds
- 2⁄3 Cup water
- 2 Tablespoons almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons aquafaba (chickpea brine)
- ¼ Cup chickpeas
- ½ Cup sundried tomatoes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoon chipotle hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, pour the water over the almonds and soak for at least 15 minutes.
- When the almonds are finished soaking, drain the water.
- Add the soaked almonds, almond milk, aquafaba, chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, lime juice, garlic, nutritional yeast, hot sauce, chili powder, and salt to a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, and enjoy as a dip or spread!
