Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
  • 6 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small red onion. sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced

Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons Nama Shoyu
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup*
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil*
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons raw almond butter
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

*Not a raw product
Special Materials - Dehydrator

 

Instructions

  1. Place all Vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour Sauce over Vegetables. Toss to coat.
  4. Set dehydrator to 105º.
  5. Place vegetables on Teflex sheets in dehydrator.
  6. Dehydrate for 4 ½ hours. Serve and enjoy!
