Raw Stir "No-Fry"

Ingredients
Vegetables
- 1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small red onion. sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Nama Shoyu
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup*
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil*
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Squeeze of lemon
- 2 Tablespoons raw almond butter
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
*Not a raw product
Special Materials - Dehydrator
Instructions
- Place all Vegetables in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Sauce ingredients.
- Pour Sauce over Vegetables. Toss to coat.
- Set dehydrator to 105º.
- Place vegetables on Teflex sheets in dehydrator.
- Dehydrate for 4 ½ hours. Serve and enjoy!
