Rosemary Yams

This recipe is so simple and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 yams, scrubbed and sliced ¼" thick
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brush yam slices with olive oil.
  3. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
  4. Bake at for approximately 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
