Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plain canned pumpkin
  • ½ tsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1.5 Tbsp organic maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
Instructions

1. In a medium size bowl mix together non-dairy milk, oats and chia. Soak in fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
2. Add soaked oat mixture to blender along with pumpkin, molasses, banana, maple syrup, and spices. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until cold. Enjoy!
