- 1 head of kale, chopped
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup fresh basil, copped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine Dressing ingredients and whisk together.
- Pour Dressing over salad. Serve and enjoy!
